- — Built and shipped an internal deployment platform that lets teams deploy applications behind a security perimeter: ALB for traffic distribution, ECS Fargate for container orchestration, reverse proxies, Cognito user pools and groups for authentication, and AWS Verified Permissions for fine-grained role-based authorization. Carried it from staging through to production.
- — Contributed to proof-of-concept prototypes for enterprise clients, in two-week sprint cycles.
- — Lead client-facing demos and technical Q&A, explaining backend and agentic AI architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- — Cloud governance lead for the Innovation Garage: weekly governance reviews, compliance and infrastructure remediation, access provisioning, and the secure development environment.
- — Built an internal client engagement tool and am leading its pilot rollout, working directly with client users on installation, setup, troubleshooting and onboarding.
- — Created training videos on agentic AI: AWS Bedrock agents, AgentCore, knowledge bases, LangChain. Co-led an agentic AI design thinking session with senior architecture leaders at an enterprise client.
